Sale or sharing
Ask EliteFrag not to sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, including certain disclosures used for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
EliteFrag gives you clear ways to manage personal information associated with your shopping, account, support, and website experience. Rights vary by location, but this page explains the choices that may be available and how to submit a request.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to use one or more of the choices below. Some requests require verification before records can be accessed, corrected, or deleted.
Ask EliteFrag not to sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, including certain disclosures used for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
Where this right applies, request limits on the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information beyond purposes permitted by law or reasonably necessary to provide requested services.
Request information about categories or specific pieces of personal information associated with you, along with relevant collection, use, and disclosure details.
Ask EliteFrag to delete eligible personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as completing transactions, maintaining security, preventing fraud, or meeting recordkeeping duties.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by EliteFrag. Include enough detail to identify the record and explain the requested correction.
Where applicable, appeal a denied request or use an authorized agent. EliteFrag may request documentation that confirms the agent's authority and may directly verify certain requests with you.
Use the request path below to tell us which privacy choice you want to exercise. Provide only the information reasonably needed to identify your records and process the request.
State whether your request concerns access, deletion, correction, opt-out, limitation, appeal, or an authorized agent.
Include your full name, email address, and any relevant order number so we can locate the correct customer records.
For certain requests, we may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm identity or authority.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any extension, limitation, or denial when required.
Global Privacy Control is a browser-level preference that can communicate an opt-out request. Where required by applicable law and technically detectable, EliteFrag treats a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser or device.
A GPC setting can send your preference automatically while you browse. The signal is generally linked to the browser or device sending it. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to enable the preference in each one.
A GPC signal does not replace separate requests to access, delete, or correct personal information. Those requests may require identity verification.
Privacy requests may relate to different parts of your EliteFrag experience. The categories below describe common records that may be relevant, subject to what EliteFrag actually collects and applicable legal requirements.
Name, email address, account details, communication preferences, and other information used to recognize or support you.
Products ordered, billing and shipping details, payment-related confirmations, returns, exchanges, and customer service history.
Browser, device, cookie, analytics, interaction, and similar online activity information associated with site performance or marketing.
Messages, issue details, product questions, troubleshooting context, and records needed to respond to or document customer requests.
Requests are reviewed according to the right selected, the information involved, and the law that applies. We use information provided for verification only as reasonably necessary to process and document the request.
We acknowledge the request and identify any missing information needed to continue.
Access, deletion, correction, and authorized-agent requests may require verification appropriate to the sensitivity of the records.
We assess the request, applicable exceptions, legal retention duties, and whether the requested right applies.
We provide the result within the legally required period and explain available appeal steps where applicable.
These answers summarize how to use this page. Additional details may appear in the EliteFrag Privacy Policy or in communications sent during request processing.
No account is required to submit a request. However, we may need information that matches existing records, such as your email address or order number, to identify the correct data and process the request.
EliteFrag will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Certain services may require information that is reasonably necessary to complete an order, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
Opt-out requests generally require only enough information to identify the records or browser context affected. Other requests, including access, deletion, or correction, may require additional verification.
Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request signed permission, proof of registration or authority, and direct confirmation from you when permitted by law.
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including to complete transactions, protect account security, detect fraud, maintain tax or business records, resolve disputes, or establish legal claims.
A detected GPC signal is generally associated with the browser or device sending it. You may need to enable the signal separately on other browsers or devices and submit separate verified requests for access, deletion, or correction.
EliteFrag will send a response using the contact information provided with your request. The response may confirm completion, request additional information, explain an applicable exception, or describe appeal options where available.
Tell us which right you want to exercise and provide your full name, email address, state of residence, and any relevant order number. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
For an authorized-agent request, include the consumer's name, the requested right, your relationship to the consumer, and documentation showing your authority to act.
