Simple Process

How requests work.

Use the request path below to tell us which privacy choice you want to exercise. Provide only the information reasonably needed to identify your records and process the request.

01

Select the right.

State whether your request concerns access, deletion, correction, opt-out, limitation, appeal, or an authorized agent.

02

Share matching details.

Include your full name, email address, and any relevant order number so we can locate the correct customer records.

03

Complete verification.

For certain requests, we may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm identity or authority.

04

Receive the outcome.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any extension, limitation, or denial when required.

Browser Signals

Signals that matter.

Global Privacy Control is a browser-level preference that can communicate an opt-out request. Where required by applicable law and technically detectable, EliteFrag treats a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser or device.

GPC Status
What It Does

One signal, less friction.

A GPC setting can send your preference automatically while you browse. The signal is generally linked to the browser or device sending it. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to enable the preference in each one.

A GPC signal does not replace separate requests to access, delete, or correct personal information. Those requests may require identity verification.

Request Scope

Data in context.

Privacy requests may relate to different parts of your EliteFrag experience. The categories below describe common records that may be relevant, subject to what EliteFrag actually collects and applicable legal requirements.

Privacy FAQ

Common questions.

These answers summarize how to use this page. Additional details may appear in the EliteFrag Privacy Policy or in communications sent during request processing.

Do I need an EliteFrag account to submit a privacy request?

No account is required to submit a request. However, we may need information that matches existing records, such as your email address or order number, to identify the correct data and process the request.

Will EliteFrag discriminate against me for exercising a privacy right?

EliteFrag will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Certain services may require information that is reasonably necessary to complete an order, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

Can I opt out without verifying my identity?

Opt-out requests generally require only enough information to identify the records or browser context affected. Other requests, including access, deletion, or correction, may require additional verification.

Can someone submit a request for me?

Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request signed permission, proof of registration or authority, and direct confirmation from you when permitted by law.

Why might EliteFrag retain information after a deletion request?

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including to complete transactions, protect account security, detect fraud, maintain tax or business records, resolve disputes, or establish legal claims.

Does a Global Privacy Control signal apply everywhere?

A detected GPC signal is generally associated with the browser or device sending it. You may need to enable the signal separately on other browsers or devices and submit separate verified requests for access, deletion, or correction.

How will I know whether my request was completed?

EliteFrag will send a response using the contact information provided with your request. The response may confirm completion, request additional information, explain an applicable exception, or describe appeal options where available.
